We found Stacey and Chester very experienced workmen, more than capable of carrying out all work required. Good at problem solving. They worked quickly to achieve a very pleasing standard. They were careful to respect existing furnishings and cleaned up as they went, leaving very little dust. Pleasure to have them doing the work. Would recommend them.

Stacey made the whole process easy. From the quote, where he understood what we wanted and gave suggestions to the fitting where he was proficient and knowledgeable. Stacey communicated throughout and we would not hesitate to recommend.

Having had my bathroom ruined by a rogue trader. My Daughter found Stacey through 'trust a trader" thank goodness she did. He worked tirelessly to re-fit my bathroom restoring it superbly. He is a diligent worker who talked me through all aspects of the work in all its stages. He was not only meticulous In the fine details of finishing but also throughout the days he worked here. At every stage The installation has been exemplary. He re-established the toilet every day for our convenience. (No pun intended) finishing each afternoon by tidying everything away. Stacey replaced our previous bathroom. He worked very hard and added extra details which we greatly appreciated, and which finished off the final look very nicely. We’re happy with our new bathroom.

Stacey is a first class tradesman. I'm so grateful to him for everything he has done to help my mother, following the worst bathroom installation I have ever witnessed at the hands of a cowboy trader. My poor mum was devastated but when we met with Stacey, he left us feeling confident that he had the skills to remedy the situation. Stacey started by ripping out the entire bathroom, uncovering even more shoddy work as he did. He prepared the groundwork thoroughly and buried all the pipework that had previously been left exposed. From start to finish Stacey walked us through every step of the work so we knew exactly what was being done. He was punctual throughout and cleaned up at the end of each day. The results were stunning! Everything was so well finished and the bathroom looked and felt beautiful. I would like to thank Stacey for his meticulous work. Stacey has now done two of our bathrooms, and we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. He’s incredibly dependable — always turned up exactly when he said he would, which is so rare and so appreciated during a renovation. His tiling work is outstanding — clean, precise, and beautifully finished. We needed a new bathroom and looked on the ‘Trust-a-Trader’ website for ideas on whom to engage. After reading the many good reviews listed for ST Installations, we asked him to come and give a quotation and later booked his services. And we are very glad we did. He did such a great job, we asked him to come back and replace our second bathroom, which was subsequently completed to the same high standard. Stacey has an eye for detail, and he is creative in his suggestions for how the room should be remodelled. He works hard, scarcely stopping for breaks, and his skills extend beyond plumbing to decorating beautifully and leaving the area in which he has been working in a pristine condition. We would recommend Stacey without hesitation.

Problem with my hot water, Stacey attended earlier than expected messaged prior to arrival. Quoted overnight, job completed within two days. I had a problem with pressure in kitchen after he had left. Texted this morning Stacey fixed it before 13:00. I was fortunate that he was working close by today but no nonsense of chasing, he responded immediately. Oh, I’m still awaiting two quotes from plumbers who attended before Stacy. Thanks Stacey, would definitely recommend…

Stacey must be the hardest working tradesmen we've ever used. Starting each day at 8.30 and working non stop until he finished for the day, with only the occasional cup of tea (which he always ended up drinking cold as he was too busy working). Our bathroom was a full refit and Stacey discovered the previous tiling and plumbing had been carried out shoddily as a DIY project. So all the new work was carried out to professional standard with quality materials and he explained to us what work he had done at the end of every day. Even the electrian and plasterer he used were friendly and efficient. We are very satisfied with the result. Highly recommended.

Stacey is awesome, he was really patient and creative, coming up with solutions to our complex requirements. He was very skilled and created a perfect wet room for me and my partner who has cerebral palsy and needed lots of adjustments to standard set ups. The quality of the finish was beautiful and Stacey cleaned as he went and kept the work space tidy. We would recommend ST Plumbing and Bathrooms to anyone.

This is my first big project in the house and Stacey was great from the first communication. Im Really happy with my shower room,all the work has been completed to the highest standard. Stacey went above and beyond and even fixed my water pressure issue. I Couldn’t recommended enough, will be using for more projects around the house !

We love the work Stacey did on our bathroom. He completely changed the layout and all plumbing, as well as moving the door. This is our first house and renovation, so his guidance and suggestions were so gratefully received. He was prompt and efficient every day, and even when there was a delay with items (that we had ordered, not Stacey) not arriving on time, he was really flexible and worked around it. We're hoping to have Stacey back to convert a downstairs shower room into a utility room, as well as other work around the house. We highly recommended him!

My wife and I are delighted with the high quality work Stacey did and would strongly recommend him. Stacey recently completely refurbished our existing shower room and built us a new en-suite shower room in our first floor flat. We were extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship, value for money and the fact that the work was started when agreed and completed on time. Stacey kept us informed throughout the time he was there with photos and videos of the progress and left the place clean and tidy when he had finished. He gave us advice on changes that we might like (and decided to go ahead with) and also did extra work on other areas of the house while he was there which was a massive help. He was also polite and courteous to our neighbours.
